1. Speaker fee
The inviting organization agrees to pay a fee of typically CHF 500 for a short presentation as a speaker (approximately 45 minutes). For conferences and/or multi-day events and also events that require international traveling, the costs will be determined by mutual agreement. Agreed fees will be invoiced afterward.

2. About the speaker and use of fees for topics related to human trafficking and prostitution
Tabea Oppliger founded the non-profit organization glowbalact, a charitable Swiss association primarily funded by donations. Voluntary donations at events are fully used for glowbalact projects. Fees related to lectures on human trafficking and prostitution are credited to the association glowbalact, either through invoicing or as a donation without an invoice.

 

3. Travel and accommodation costs

For lectures with a travel time of over 1 hour, the inviting organization will cover the incurred travel costs.

Travel and accommodation costs for conferences and/or multi-day events are arranged individually by mutual agreement and covered by the inviting organization.

 

4. Advertising and selling merchandise

The host agrees to promote and support the sale of the speaker’s goods and products at the event.

 

5. Confirmation of an event

A written agreement will be drawn up together with the confirmation upon receipt of the request. This will be signed by both parties and is binding.

6. Changes and cancellations
Changes to the agreed event details must be communicated within the agreed deadline. If the host cancels after the deadline has expired, the costs already incurred for preparation and travel must be borne by the inviting organization.
