General Booking & Participation Terms

Mowgli Wave Experiences

1. Booking & Contract

By booking a Mowgli Wave Experience, the participant submits a binding request. A binding agreement is formed once the booking is confirmed in writing by Mowgli Wave (via email or message).

2. Deposit & Payment Terms

• CHF 500.- deposit of the total price is required to secure the reservation.

• The booking is considered confirmed and binding only upon receipt of the deposit.

• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the Experience, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• If the deposit is not received by the specified deadline, Mowgli Wave reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

3. Binding Nature of the Booking

By paying the deposit, the participant acknowledges and agrees that the booking is legally binding. The deposit is used to cover fixed and non-recoverable costs (including accommodations, local partners, logistics, and organization) and is therefore non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by the Participant

• In the event of cancellation after the deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable.

• For cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the Experience, the full amount (100%) remains payable, unless a replacement participant is provided and accepted by Mowgli Wave.

• Transfers of the booking to another person may be possible upon prior agreement.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Mowgli Wave

Mowgli Wave reserves the right to cancel or modify an Experience due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure, safety concerns, illness of the host, or unforeseen events. In such cases, all payments made will be refunded in full. No further claims may be made.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The participant confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the activities offered. Mowgli Wave accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings, or events of force majeure.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Mowgli Wave is legally registered. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of Mowgli Wave, insofar as legally permissible.
